We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Sous Chef for a luxury hotel in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to take a leadership role in a high-end culinary environment, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations
* Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
* Ensure food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance at all times
* Contribute to menu planning, cost control, and stock management
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and discipline in the kitchen
Requirements:
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4*/5* hotel or fine dining restaurant
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Formal culinary qualification preferred
* Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
