About The Role
The Diamond Coast Hotel is looking for an Assistant Accommodation Manager to join their Accommodation Team. The position is based in Enniscrone and supports the Accommodation Manager in maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Assist the Accommodation Manager in all day‑to‑day duties.
* Ensure appropriate quality standards are documented, adhered to, and regularly reviewed to reflect changing customer requirements.
* Promote good team relations, ensuring fairness and consistency in all dealings with team members.
* Adhere to all Human Resource Management procedures and develop these as required.
* Monitor competitor information and market changes, and initiate service changes where appropriate.
* Prepare weekly rosters in line with business needs.
* Hold daily team briefings to ensure effective communication.
* Maintain a high level of hygiene throughout the department.
* Operate an effective customer feedback system, using results to inform services and training.
* Ensure upkeep and maintenance of the area of responsibility, including equipment, furniture, and fittings, and maintain an effective preventative maintenance system and schedule.
* Maintain effective stock control systems in the area of responsibility.

Required Criteria – Skills Needed
