Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Experience: Proven experience in bid writing and coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
* Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Indesign.
