Job Description
As a Transport Management Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of transportation management at our organization. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team and contribute to the implementation of SAP Advanced TM and Connected TM modules.
Key responsibilities include leading SAP Transportation Management solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment aligned with global business processes. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Transportation Management, guiding teams and stakeholders on best practices.
Additionally, you will manage application support processes including incident resolution, service requests, and minor system enhancements. This role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record as a Business Analyst or Solution Lead in transport or logistics IT projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years experience in Transportation Management solutions, including SAP TM and other TMS platforms
* Expertise in SAP TM configuration, integration, and global template implementation
* Strong knowledge of supply chain management and freight transport processes (order tracking, billing, reporting)
* Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Agile delivery methods
* Proven track record as a Business Analyst or Solution Lead in transport or logistics IT projects
