**Finance Manager Role Overview:**

Fully qualified accountants with strong experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits are preferred.
**Job Responsibilities:
* Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Management and support of the finance team in their day-to-day activities.
* Handling VAT returns, corporate tax filings, and overall tax compliance.
* Liaising with external auditors and ensuring a smooth audit process.
* Providing financial insights to support decision-making within a project-based environment.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Minimum 5 years PQE, preferably in a leadership role.
* Strong experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits.
* Background in the construction/engineering industry preferred.
* International finance experience would be an advantage.
