Covalen is seeking a skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Community Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's community by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and enforcing community standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist our client's community members with their inquiries and resolve issues empathetically, accurately, and on time.
* Become knowledgeable about the client's products and services to provide effective support.
* Make well-balanced decisions and be an advocate for the community, ensuring a positive user experience.
* Utilize strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy to interact with community members.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform, including requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
Requirements:
* Proficient in Somali and English languages.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Experience working in an office environment is preferred.
* Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working.
* PASSION FOR ENSURING A POSITIVE, SAFE USER EXPERIENCE.
* Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects to work on.
