Your Job
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet.
* Ensure that all sales are accurately recorded and establish a robust system to identify issues. Prepare a daily sales KPI report for distribution to individual departments and track sales using various hotel computer information systems.
* Manage the cash and banking functions of the hotel by maintaining the daily income audit, monitoring cash-handling procedures throughout the property, and providing training as needed. Oversee petty cash management and ensured appropriate cash levels were maintained in the hotel.
* Accounts Receivable: Ensure that the processes for recording, invoicing, and following up on payments are effective. Regularly track and monitor the property's debtors.
* Accounts Payable: Maintain the hotel's purchasing system, reconcile creditor statements, and address supplier inquiries.
* Safeguard the hotel's assets, with a particular focus on maintaining strong internal control systems.
What You'll Need
* We are looking for an ambitious, confident and professional individual with strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
* The ideal candidate will demonstrate accounting experience, preferably in a hospitality, food beverage environment or within the retail sector.
* The ideal candidate will be a qualified or part-qualified accountant.
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Senior Payroll Processor
Due to an internal promotion we are seeking a Senior Payroll Processor to join our expanding Shared Service Centre team based in Cork. This is a key role within a fast-paced payroll environment, supporting high-volume weekly and monthly payrolls across Ireland and the UK.
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery, maintaining full compliance with legislative requirements, and supporting ongoing process improvements. You will also act as an escalation point for complex queries and contribute to continuous improvements within the payroll function.
Key Responsibilties
* Process high-volume weekly and monthly payrolls in line with established deadlines.
* Ensure all payroll data (new starters, leavers, contract changes, allowances, deductions, etc.) is accurately maintained.
* Act as a point of escalation for complex payroll queries and provide expert support to colleagues.
* Reconcile payroll outputs and perform checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Support Tax Year-End activities across all payrolls.
* Ensure compliance with Ireland UK payroll legislation, company policies, and audit requirements.
* Support payroll-related projects, including system enhancements and legislative updates.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and wider business stakeholders to resolve queries and improve service delivery.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
What You'll Need
* 3–5+ years' payroll processing experience in Ireland and/or the UK.
* IPASS / CIPP qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of Irish UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
* Experience working in a high-volume payroll environment; Shared Service Centre experience is an advantage.
* Strong systems knowledge; Megapay experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage workload independently and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset.
