This shift involves working front-end nights from 7AM to 7 PM, including Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every second Saturday.
Maintain automation equipment in accordance with health & safety, operational and quality work instructions, procedures, and policies to ensure the production of high-quality products in a timely, safe, efficient, and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities and End Results:
1. Maintain automation equipment in excellent condition to ensure consistent quality, output, and yield.
2. Apply systematic root cause problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques to resolve issues.
3. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, completing all associated paperwork and records.
4. Lead and implement process improvements to achieve more efficient operations while adhering to change management and cGMP requirements.
5. Assist with the commissioning of new equipment/projects.
6. Order and maintain an appropriate stock of spare parts.
7. Cross-train technicians as required.
8. Show flexibility in traveling to support new equipment buy-offs/training.
9. SUPPORT ALL COMPANY SAFETY AND QUALITY PROGRAMS AND INITIATIVES.
10. Evaluate ongoing compliance with GMP in all practices, recording of events, and processes.
11. Evaluate compliance with all learnings from all GMP training events.
12. OTher responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.
