Our 4* client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Bar Supervisor to join their team

Responsibilities:
* To supervise daily bar operations
* Ensure the team consistently exceed customer expectations
* Provide accurate, up-to-date product knowledge to guests and staff
* Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
* To maintain stock levels
* Collaborate closely with other departments
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 -2 years Supervisory experience gained within a similar setting
* Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service
* Strong leadership skills
* Fluent spoken and written English
