Reporting to the Chairperson and the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for the overall direction, strategic development, management, and administration of the CRC.
She/he is responsible for ensuring the needs of clients—children, families, and adults—are met.
The CEO is supported by a Head of Operations and a Senior Management Team.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Leading the transformation change to deliver on our Purpose and strategic priorities as set out in the CRC 5-Year Strategy Plan.
Leading on a culture that aligns behaviours to the values of the CRC and supports all employees in delivering their best.
Overall management and administration of the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) and related services.
Maintaining the highest standards of quality, in relation to the care, education, training and rights of clients who access the service.
Ensuring each client is treated with utmost respect and dignity, encouraging recognition of the clients as individuals with individual needs.
Ensuring effective governance as appropriate to a Section 38 Organisation and a registered Charity.
Ensuring sound and efficient financial management and accountability for public funds, including all grant income, donations, and fundraised income.
