The Platform Operations Analyst supports the stability, accuracy, and smooth running of a core insurance platform. This is a hands-on operational role focused on issue resolution, data accuracy, and process effectiveness across policy, billing, claims, and customer servicing.
The role suits someone with solid operations or systems experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and understanding how platforms and processes operate within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day platform operations and act as a point of contact for operational issues
* Perform routine checks across policies, billing, claims, and system configuration
* Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors
* Support configuration updates and data validation for customer and policy changes
* Monitor operational performance and highlight risks or recurring issues
* Produce operational reports and support basic dashboards
* Document processes, issues, and resolutions to drive consistency and improvement
Key Skills & Experience
* 5–10 years' experience in operations, systems support, or financial services
* Experience working with business platforms or systems
* Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
* Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
* Curious, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
* Minimum stamp 4 Visa and located within a commutable distance to Dublin
Desirable (Not Essential)
* Insurance operations experience (policy, billing, claims)
* Exposure to regulated or technology-enabled environments
* Experience supporting platform changes, configuration, or reporting
