Job Description: We are hiring Annotation Analysts for the following languages:
Marathi, Gujarati, Nepalese (the candidate must be C1-C2 level in any of these languages)
Your key responsibilities include: Investigating and resolving reported issues (via ticketing system), such as account support requests or potentially abusive content Enforcing client's Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site Staying informed about the client's products and community standards Using market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for community support Gathering and analyzing data to improve user experience Recognizing trends and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team Identifying workflow inefficiencies and suggesting improvements Skills & Competences: Resilience in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with empathy Adaptability and positive attitude towards challenges Decision-making, prioritization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills Consistently meeting KPIs on time Language Skills: Fluent in market language at C1-C2 level, with cultural understanding Advanced English (C1) *Assessment available if unsure about language level.
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Compensation: 25% salary uplift for evening shift (10pm-2am) €12 per day travel allowance (before tax) Pension contribution 25 days annual leave Training and Wellness Programme access Tax Saver and Bike-to-Work schemes Working hours: Day shift: 9:00am to 5:30pm
OR
Evening shift: 6:00pm to 2:00am
No rotations; Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and holidays.
Location: Dublin South
*This is an office-based role.
Remote work is not available.
Employees are classified as essential workers.
IMPORTANT: Candidates must be fully confident in handling sensitive content.
Candidates must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland (EU passport, Stamp 4, or Stamp 1G for at least 12 months or renewable).
