Our ideal candidate would be a receptionist with a sales focus, creating a welcoming environment, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and driving sales through excellent customer service.We are looking for someone who is looking for a career growth with us.6 months contract with potential to become permanent.Must be fluent in english and portuguese.Experience:Direct sales / reception: 2 years (required)Customer service: 2 years (required)Working Hours:Part-time flexibleTuesday and Thursday, from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm - it can be added more hoursSaturday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pmDublin - City CentreKey Responsibilities:Customer Service:· Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable.· Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages and Instagram directs promptly and professionally.· Address client inquiries about treatments, services, and prices.· Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency.· Provide clients with detailed information about treatments, including benefits, potential side effects, and aftercare.· Distribute educational materials and answer any questions clients may have.Sales and Promotion:· Promote clinic services and products to clients.· Upsell treatments and packages based on client needs and preferences.· Maintain knowledge of current promotions and effectively communicate them to clients.· Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to the clinic's revenue growth.Appointment Management:· Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal use of practitioners' time.· Manage appointment cancellations or rescheduling efficiently.· Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth client flow and minimal waiting times.· To point where there are gaps in the agenda/calendar and think of strategies to fill it up.Administration and Organization Tasks:· Maintain accurate client records and update them as necessary.· Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately.· Keep the reception/clinic area tidy, clean and presentable.· Assist in inventory management by tracking product sales and restocking needs.· Make that clients have water and coffee at the reception (including shop for restocking).· Take care of laundry (bringing and picking up)Team Collaboration:· Work closely with other clinic staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient working environment.· Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques.Experience and skills:· Customer service.· Reception.· Sales.· Fluency in English and portuguese.· Canva and photoshop skills (preferable)· High school diploma or relevant work experience· Ability to maintain a positive attitude· Excellent communication skillsBenefits:Employee discount - 50% on treatmentsStore discountCompany eventsJob Type: Part-timePay: €14.50 per hourExpected hours: 15 – 20 per weekBenefits:Employee discountLanguage:English fluently?
