Your new role Working in the position of a Recruitment Partner you will assume responsibility for: Driving recruitment processes for diverse roles (Construction, Sales, Finance, HR and others) Partnering with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners within the client's structure to ensure effective recruitment for local requirements Working alongside an internal project delivery team of Sourcing Partners, responsible for candidate generation and management Be a local point of contact for the client, you will ensure that the process is running smoothly and effectively Track process progression Lead recruitment strategies to partner with the business and manage stakeholders' expectations in a consultative way Cooperate with external suppliers including staffing and head-hunting agencies Identifying improvement areas, proactively suggesting and inspiring changes aimed at process optimisation What you'll need to succeed You will have a proven track record within construction and others corporate recruitment, ideally - but not essentially - drawn from an RPO/MSP or 360 recruitment environment. You need to be a motivated self-starter who can work both independently using your initiative and as part of a team that is remotely spread across the UK. Your attention to detail and organisation skills will be second to none, and you can demonstrate you are customer service and delivery focused. You always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame and you know your way around applicant tracking systems, how sourcing works and how to work with recruitment agency partners.
