Role background
The Dublin Waldorf School Board of Trustees is seeking to appoint a trustee with strong project management experience to support an important phase of growth and development within the school.
There is an immediate need for project management support as the school progresses its plans to secure additional classroom space and implement changes within the existing school building ahead of the 2027/28 academic year. These initiatives are important to supporting increasing enrolment and the evolving needs of students and staff.
Some preparatory work has already been completed in relation to these plans, and the focus is now on more active coordination and delivery to maintain momentum and progress the work effectively.
Looking ahead, the board also sees this as an opportunity to strengthen project leadership and operational planning at trustee level, supporting the school’s continued growth in a structured and sustainable way.
