Quality & Compliance Coordinator
We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join our production support team in Limerick. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in maintaining our high standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across site operations.
Role
As Quality & Compliance Coordinator, you will support the Quality & Compliance Manager in delivering quality assurance and compliance activities across the site. From audits to process improvements, you'll help ensure we meet the highest industry and customer standards, including ISO 9001, BRC, and FSC.
What You'll Do
* Support the application and maintenance of quality systems (ISO 9001, BRC).
* Assist with internal audits, inspections, and non‑conformance tracking.
* Maintain and organise quality documentation and audit trails.
* Support root cause analysis and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Monitor and report on key quality metrics including Right First Time (RFT), complaints, and DPPM data.
* Assist in preparing for third‑party or customer audits.
* Provide administrative support, including preparing materials for meetings and training.
* Communicate with production, warehouse, and hygiene teams to reinforce best practices.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting system and process enhancements.
About You
* Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
* Exposure to audits, quality checks, or compliance documentation.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication skills and confidence engaging with colleagues at all levels.
* Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* An understanding of quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, BRC, or FSC (advantageous but not essential).
* A positive, proactive approach with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Qualifications
* Minimum: Leaving Cert including English and Maths.
* Desirable: Further education in Quality, Science, or Engineering.
* Training in ISO 9001 awareness, auditing, or CAPA would be a plus.
