Hotel Duty Manager As a Hotel Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during your shift.
You will be responsible for acting as the main point of contact for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities: To ensure all guests receive a warm welcome on arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel.
To empower, encourage, and promote employees to make on-the-spot guest satisfaction decisions.
