We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer. This is a hands‑on position focused on designing and delivering high‑quality solutions across Finance, HR, and Dataverse.You will play a key role in integrating data from multiple third‑party platforms and contributing to the development of a centralised Workforce Platform. Working closely with technical leadership, functional teams, and business stakeholders, you will deliver scalable, production‑ready solutions supporting operations across multiple regions.Requirements5+ years’ experience delivering solutions across D365 Finance & Operations, Dataverse, and Power PlatformStrong hands‑on development experience with C#, TypeScript, React, and related technologiesExperience integrating with third‑party systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and REST servicesSolid understanding of security models, data architecture, and environment management within D365Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business languageComfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDetail‑oriented with a structured approach to problem‑solvingKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and build solutions within Dynamics 365 Project Operations aligned to business and architectural requirementsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into scalable technical solutionsBuild and manage bi‑directional integrations between D365/Dataverse and external systemsContribute across the full software development lifecycle (design, build, testing, deployment)Produce clear technical documentation including design artefacts, test cases, and operational guidesSupport best practices and reusable components within a Power Platform Centre of ExcellenceStay up to date with D365 releases and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
