In your role as Senior IT Security Analyst you will focus on strengthening security controls, improving access and risk management processes, and supporting ongoing security initiatives across the business. In this senior level position, you need strong hands-on cybersecurity experience and the ability to lead improvements in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
As Senior IT Security Analyst you will:
1. Lead and support security initiatives focused on improving access controls and reducing risk across the organisation.
2. Improve and optimise access-related processes to ensure effective oversight and governance.
3. Identify, assess, and address security incidents or control gaps while supporting ongoing enhancements to operations.
4. Support automation initiatives and help advance the continuous development of security frameworks and procedures.
As Senior IT Security Analyst the experience required is:
5. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
6. Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT or information security roles, with solid practical exposure to security operations and control management.
7. Background working in large-scale or complex organisational environments.
8. Strong problem-solving ability, keen attention to detail, and proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
9. Strong understanding of access controls and security best practices.
10. Familiarity with cloud environments and modern enterprise technologies.
11. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
