Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Ballycoolin, Dublin 15
Hours: Nights - Monday to Friday, 23:00 to 7:00
Responsibilities
* Ensuring the fulfilment of business requirements, including service level agreements and customer expectations.
* Interfacing with customers on a daily basis, addressing their needs and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Supporting the team and providing training; collaborating with the manager on people‑related matters.
* Maintaining excellent real‑time communication with customers, colleagues, and the direct team.
* Ensuring strict adherence to work‑related processes and procedures to maintain operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
* Monitoring and recording performance parameters to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
* Producing reports as required, providing valuable insights and data analysis.
