This role aims to ensure C&D Foods' operations meet current objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance quality, output, and OTIF (Customer Service Level), while maintaining a well-structured business.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop an understanding of operational success and facilitate knowledge transfer across sites.
* Lead daily morning production meetings, documenting and publishing outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with site engineering teams.
* Ensure staffing levels meet operational standards.
* Maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes.
* Ensure proper training documentation and sufficient training for staff.
* Travel to sites regularly to understand operations firsthand.
* Ensure each site operates according to quality standards and report issues to the General Manager and relevant Group Heads.
* Maintain health and safety standards across all sites.
* Develop action plans to meet operational goals.
* Produce weekly reports on site performance metrics and improvement plans.
Personal Qualifications and Competencies:
The ideal candidate is a degree-qualified self-starter capable of managing end-to-end processes. The role requires technical understanding of processes, as well as people management skills, including overseeing operators, supervisors, and managers. Weekly travel to sites is expected, with the ability to work collaboratively with General Managers and interface across engineering and quality departments.
