Key Responsibilities:
* To develop proactive outreach strategies aligned with market trends, customer demands, and industry challenges.
* To connect with potential clients through multiple communication channels.
* To establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* To clearly convey the value of products and services to prospective clients.
* To analyze client needs and propose customized solutions.
* To identify and actively seek out new business opportunities.
* To arrange meetings and calls between potential clients and the sales team.
* To consistently achieve and exceed set performance KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* To design, present, and execute marketing campaigns while providing performance reports to internal teams.
* To stay updated on company products and services to maintain a deep understanding.
Qualifications & Skills:
* A native or fluent speaker in French (C1 level) with strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* A highly motivated individual with a strong passion for sales and professional growth in the field.
* An exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Experience in business development or sales, ideally within the SaaS industry.
* A strong consultative sales approach focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Outreach.IO is an advantage.
* Tech-savvy with a keen interest in technology and the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex concepts.
* The ability to independently source leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
