Customer Support Specialist – Fintech Industry
Location: Onsite (Cork HQ, Mahon)
Type: Permanent Position
Salary: €28,500 gross p/a + monthly performance bonus (up to €500)
Shifts: Rotating shifts between 8am – 10pm, Monday to Sunday (5 days/week)
Start Date : August 2025

What We’re Looking For:
* Fluent English (language test required)
o Strong communication and customer service skills
o Tech-savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems
o Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and a team player
Bonus Points:
* 1+ year of customer service experience
o Interest in fintech or emerging technologies
