Job Title: Investigations Manager
About the Role
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced Investigations Manager to join our Business Assurance team. The role plays a critical part in safeguarding retail operations and protecting customers, partners, and internal stakeholders from fraud, misconduct, and dishonest activity.
* Conduct ongoing monitoring and triage of retail transactions to identify patterns, anomalies, or red flags requiring further review.
* Lead thorough investigations into incidents involving prize claims, customer complaints, internal conduct, and third-party interactions and carry out the interviews.
* Produce comprehensive documentation and investigation reports.
* Chair Fraud Management Council meetings and deliver regular updates on investigations and performance metrics.
* Maintain and enhance investigation processes, contributing to the development of improved fraud monitoring tools and procedures.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in fraud detection, law enforcement, and internal investigations. Formal training in investigative and interview techniques is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident working with operational systems and data. Along with strong report writing skills.
