Job Title: Quality Control Manager

Principal Responsibilities:
* Quality Assurance Development and Evaluation: Develop, evaluate, and improve QA processes, work instructions, and procedures to support continuous improvement.
* Engine Mini Packs Review: Review and assist in creating Engine Mini Packs.
* ADS Review: Review ADS.
* Maintenance Forms Creation: Create and make changes to Maintenance Forms as required.
* RSQCM Management: Create and update RSQCM.
* Tooling Management: Catalog and track all shop tooling. Keep tooling calibration up to date.
* Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause and corrective action activities on all identified non-conformities.
* Process Improvement: Introduce systems to more efficiently control quality of workmanship and business operations.
* Audit Readiness: Keep the facility audit-ready at all times.
* Vendor File Management: Keep all vendor files up to date.
* New Hire Training: Direct the training of new hires to ensure quality procedures are followed.
* Employee File Management: Maintain all employee files, including training documents, up to date.
* Best Practices Establishment: Establish and maintain best practices in accordance with quality and operations manuals.

* Managerial Experience: The employer seeks a candidate with managerial experience regarding MRO facilities and has demonstrated sales success with an established customer base.
* MS Office Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Office required.
* Communication Skills: The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, a team player, possess a can-do attitude, be task-oriented, coachable, adaptable, professional, punctual, and a self-starter that requires little supervision.
* Bilingual Skill: Bi-lingual skill in Spanish is highly desired.
