* Act as an operational partner to managers, adding value and contributing to HR strategic objectives.
* Deliver projects aligned to HR strategic goals, working closely with operational managers in workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and employee well-being.
* Develop effective working relationships and implement various HR initiatives and action plans to enhance the employee experience.
What Skills You Need
* Third Level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Operational role.
* Experience in healthcare within the public sector.
* Previous ER/IR experience is essential.
* Strong knowledge of employment law.
* Car owner and driver.
