Tomaintain operational efficiency, accuracy, and continuity, we're looking to strengthen our team with additional day-to-day finance support.We're seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our finance team in a part-timecapacity hours per week, office-based). Reporting to the Finance Director and workingclosely with the broader finance team, this role is key to supporting the smooth running of our daily financial operations.Core ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute monthly payment runs on timeProcess and verify invoices for accuracy and completenessMaintain accurate and organised financial records to support internal reportingAssist with employee expense processing and ensure compliance with company policiesSupport cash flow monitoring by providing timely data on payables and receivablesUpdate and maintain supplier and customer records in financial systemsRespond to internal and external finance-related queries in a timely and professional mannerLease administration support input into lease management systemsAssist in preparing of VAT returnsContribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end management account closeSupport budgeting and forecasting activities, where relevantHelp document and maintain finance procedures and policiesIdeal Experience2-3 years' experience in a finance or accounts administration roleProficiency in accounts payable and general ledger processesComfortable working with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExposure to lease administration or property-related finance tasks an advantageHighly organised with good attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage multiple taskA proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learnPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESPeople-Centred– Supportive and empathetic, with a strong commitment to helpingcolleagues navigate challenges both in business and life, creating a positive andcollaborative team atmosphere.Data-Driven– Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on making decisionsbased on facts and data and sharing valuable insights to support informed decision-makingacross the team.Impact-Oriented– Results-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of responsibility toset realistic goals, meet deadlines, and take ownership when obstacles arise, contributingto a culture of reliability and execution.
