We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Regional Sales Lead to join our growing team. The Regional Sales Lead will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our partner base. In this newly created role, we seek a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for selling our software and marketplace, playing a key role in driving business growth in the UK & Ireland by acquiring new partners across major cities.
Working with the wider sales, marketing, and analytics teams, you will adopt a data-driven approach to prospecting, pipeline management, and acquiring new business. You will also serve as a bridge between our partners and software, collecting feedback to continuously improve our product and ensure it meets partners' needs.

You will be responsible for:
* Seeking new business opportunities through cold calling and walk-in prospecting, educating and closing new partners within your territory
* Demonstrating Treatwell to prospective partners
* Advising on different Treatwell packages to meet partner needs
* Onboarding new partners with support from the Training team
* Achieving monthly sales and activity targets
* Recording all activity in our CRM system
