We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
1. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to delight our guests.
2. Assist in crafting innovative menus using seasonal ingredients.
3. Support and mentor junior kitchen team members.
4. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen while ensuring health and safety compliance.
5. Work collaboratively to manage inventory and minimise waste.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
2. A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
3. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
4. Ability to perform under pressure in a high-energy kitchen.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
6. Passion for creating outstanding dishes and memorable guest experiences.
