30 hours per week Working Monday - Thursday 07:00 -14:15 & 07:00 - 12:00 Friday. Working with the front of house team to lead and motivate each member of staff to follow procedures and systems ensuring that the unit is compliant in all aspects of the business. Fluent in English and previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
