About the Role
We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Sitecore, where you'll play a critical role in supporting our marketing infrastructure and ensuring our campaigns run smoothly. This position offers the opportunity to work hands‑on with our marketing technology stack while driving operational excellence across the organization.
What You’ll Do
* Marketing Automation Management
* Administer and optimize Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), serving as the primary platform expert
* Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, nurture programs, and automated workflows
* Manage lead scoring, grading models, and segmentation strategies
* Campaign & Lead Operations – support the marketing team with campaign creation, setup, and execution
* Data Management – maintain database hygiene and ensure data quality across all marketing systems
* Perform data migrations, list imports, and create targeted segments
* Monitor data flow between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Process Improvement & Optimization – identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
* Team Enablement & Support – respond to and resolve marketing operations support tickets and requests in a timely manner
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration – act as the liaison between marketing and internal teams (sales, IT, revenue operations)
* Marketing Technology Administration – maintain and administer marketing operations tools (Pardot, Salesforce)
What You’ll Need
* 2–3+ years of proven experience administering Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
* Strong working experience and knowledge of Salesforce CRM
* Hands‑on experience with marketing campaign operations and lead management
* Understanding of B2B marketing processes and the lead‑to‑revenue lifecycle
* Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and workflows
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Nice to Have
* Pardot certifications (Specialist or Consultant certification preferred)
* Salesforce Administrator certification
* Experience with other marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
