Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will play a key role in the oversight of asset and property management functions, working closely with a multidisciplinary team and external stakeholders. The position will suit someone currently in an agency environment looking to transition into a client -side role with direct exposure to ownership strategy, capital projects, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of asset and property management activities across a significant retail portfolio
* Coordination and supervision of external agents, consultants, and development teams
* Preparation of investor, lender, and board reports (monthly, quarterly, ad hoc)
* Involvement in leasing strategy, tenant relationship management, and legal negotiations
* Monitoring of capex and development projects
* Input into business plans and financial models to support decision -making
* Supporting valuations and feasibility assessments
Key Requirements:
o 5+ years of experience in real estate asset management or commercial agency, ideally retail focused
o Strong understanding of Irish commercial property leases and landlord/tenant legislation
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft high -quality board papers
o Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
o SCSI or RICS accreditation is an advantage but not essential
o Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
