Key responsibilities
Assist the store manager in overseeing all daily activities while ensuring compliance with all company policies and guidelines.
Mentor and oversee the store's employees in accordance with the Store Manager's instructions.
Assume full responsibility for all store operations when the store manager is not present.
Support the store manager in merchandising, customer service, and human resources.
Arrange and report on daily operations.
Assist in hiring, training, and managing staff.
Schedule staff, evaluate performance, and implement disciplinary measures.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels by monitoring stock.
Contribute to recruitment and sales strategies.
Review and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and explain business trends to upper management.
Ensure health and safety laws are followed.
Keep the store neat, orderly, and aesthetically pleasing.
Address customer issues and complaints promptly.
Support clients and provide troubleshooting when needed.
Respond to emails and calls related to the store.
Own your store's sales targets and help achieve them.
Perform additional tasks as directed by upper management.

Experience leading, motivating, and training teams.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform all work floor activities, including reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting goods.
