* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant field is required.
* Candidates should have a clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking principles.
* The successful candidate will also possess working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures, as well as Children's First guidelines and procedures.
* A full clean manual driving license is also essential for this role.
About the Role
You will be responsible for providing daily support to service users, assisting them with their activities of daily living, and contributing to the overall running of the service. This includes risk assessments, safeguarding vulnerable adults, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They must be able to work effectively within a team environment while adhering to strict confidentiality protocols at all times.
