Maintenance Operations Manager Position We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Maintenance Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department. Main Responsibilities: • Act as IWS (Integrated Work Systems) Maintenance lead, coaching teams and facilitating process improvements to foster a culture of continuous improvement. • In the absence of the Maintenance Manager, take on full maintenance manager responsibilities and ensure continuity of maintenance operations. • Manage and direct day-to-day operations with input from Maintenance Manager including determining needed repairs/improvements, establishing project priorities, assigning work tasks, scheduling work to meet production needs with minimal disruption. • Oversee execution all maintenance tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Manager both planned/reactive ensuring alignment operational/company objectives.
