We design, engineer, and supply precision-manufactured steel frames, walls, floors, and trusses for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition and foster strong industry partnerships. This role focuses on expanding CPAC Framings presence across key construction sectors, including developers, builders, architects, and contractors, by promoting the advantages of cold-formed steel framing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors. Proactively generate and develop sales leads through networking, research, cold outreach, and industry engagement to build a strong sales pipeline. Develop and manage relationships with clients across architects, developers, project managers, and builders. Educate prospective clients on the benefits and technical advantages of cold-formed LGS framing. Collaborate with the estimating and design teams to prepare competitive bids, proposals, and presentations. Represent CPAC Framing at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM software. Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to long-term business growth. Skills Required 2+ years of experience in business development, technical sales, or account management in the construction or building materials sector. Strong understanding of construction processes, preferably with knowledge of structural framing or modular construction. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Full driving license (field-based travel will be required). Desirable: Experience with cold-formed steel systems or structural framing solutions. Familiarity with architectural and structural drawings.
