Job Title: Property Portfolio Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, working closely with regional teams to achieve business objectives.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will require strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed resident expectations by delivering exceptional customer service.
* Manage and respond to resident enquiries, communicate progress and schedule maintenance requests.
* Organise inventory reports and schedule move-outs and move-ins.
* Manage tenant leases, rental income and ensure rents are paid on time.
* Coordinate facilities management, including planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
