We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewal of strategic enterprise accounts in the Benelux region.
* Establish Notion's presence and build long-term customer relationships.
* Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and IT leaders, to develop tailored solutions around collaboration and knowledge management.
* Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning.
* Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localized messaging, value realization, and customer success.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals.
* Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across Benelux.
* Fluent in Dutch & English.
* Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability.
* Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or operating as the first rep in-region.
* Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists.
