Job Description
As a senior building management systems engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining critical building systems to ensure they are safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient.
Servicing of Critical Building Systems
1. Maintain heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems including commissioning small automation projects and undertaking preventative maintenance tasks on controls systems.
2. Carry out regular checks to continually monitor energy saving measures for all buildings services.
