Receptionist required for GP surgery.

Ideal applicants will be friendly and professional with a good telephone manner and IT skills.
Previous experience preferred. Experience with Socrates software an advantage.
Candidates must work well and efficiently as part of a team.
Fluency in English, written and spoken essential.
The salary will be reflective of experience.
The role involves:
Greeting patients and managing the waiting room
Scheduling appointments
Dealing with patient queries, telephone and email queries
Opening post, scanning and filing correspondence
Processing payments
Providing general secretarial backup to medical team and ensuring office stock maintained
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: €14.00-€16.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
All patients are screened for symptoms before entry to surgery and requested to wear face mask if symptomatic. Screen provided between receptionist and patients.
