We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Breakfast Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage team in the Harbour Hotel Galway.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and wine.
* Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders promptly and accurately, ensuring seamless till operations.
* Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products to effectively meet guest needs.
Daily tasks involve maintaining a clean environment through sweeping, mopping, and cleaning equipment such as coffee machines. Additional duties include deep cleaning as required.
Compliance with all relevant legislation related to weights and measures, licensing, and under-age drinking is essential.
