Staycity are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

We are now looking for an Accounts Assistant to be a part of the family.
Staycity Group's expansion is now rolling out under two brands – Staycity Aparthotels and our new premium brand Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity.
Key responsibilities as our Housekeeping Manager will include:
- Accountable and wholly responsible for customer management, the day-to-day operation and administration of the Housekeeping department
- Implement and maintain the SOPs (standard operating procedure) for the Housekeeping department
- Accountable and responsible for the presentation and high level of hygiene of the entire property by company quality standards at all times
- Accountable and responsible for all lost property to be handled as per SOP
- Ensure all goods received for the Housekeeping department are checked regarding quality & quantity, delivered dockets are signed and retained for the Accounts Department
- Accountable and responsible for entire equipment in Housekeeping department to be fully operational.
Ensure to have adequate inventory for smooth operation at all times and making purchase as needed
- Train, supervise, manage and assist in the daily operation of the housekeeping department
- Regularly review individual and team performance against objectives and providing feedback through on the job training, appraisals, job chats and team meetings and where necessary taking corrective action
- Develop the team skills & knowledge through developing and implementing department training plans to meet the business needs.
Our ideal Housekeeping Manager will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous hotel/hospitality work experience in housekeeping segment at manager level
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and people management
- Excellent customer care and complain handling skills.
