UI Developer - Web Solutions Specialist
We are looking for a skilled UI developer to join our team in Dublin, working on cutting-edge web solutions within the Global Markets environment.
This exciting role is well-suited to strong developers with a keen interest in investment banking. You will work in a highly agile environment with a global team of colleagues across various locations.
As a UI Developer your main responsibilities will involve:
* Designing and developing web UI solutions to help solve complex business problems.
* Maintaining the current set of reusable components.
* Working closely with business users, business analysts, and development colleagues to design best-in-class user experiences.
Required skills and qualifications:
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of UX and responsive UI design with an emphasis on maximizing usability.
* Ability to write standard-compliant code that meets flexibility, scalability, and performance requirements, focusing on IE and Chrome.
* Solid mark-up skills utilizing HTML5, CSS3.
* Experience of the React JavaScript library.
* Highly skilled at front-end engineering using a modern client-side technology stack that includes CSS pre-processors (Sass/Less), Webpack.
* Experience with test and assertion libraries like Jest.
