We are currently recruiting Apprentices to join our business. If you're considering a career in the Material Handling Industry, this is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification.
What We Offer:
We seek the next generation of engineers to start their careers through our industry-leading Apprenticeship Programme, helping us maintain and repair our extensive range of lift trucks and materials handling equipment. Successful applicants will receive full support throughout the programme. You should have a passion for engineering, be eager to learn, and motivated to succeed. In return, we will provide all necessary equipment and training to complete the Apprenticeship.
You will need to commit to three years of training before qualifying as a Service Engineer. During this time, you will be supported by a dedicated Mentor and an Apprentice Development Officer (ADO), who will monitor your progress through college and on-the-job training.
Linde offers high-quality in-house training to support your transition to a Field Service Engineer after qualification.
About You:
Applicants should ideally have Junior or Leaving Cert Math and English. A background in mechanical or electrical engineering would be advantageous.
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
* Attend all training courses
* Deliver high levels of customer service
* Maintain professional standards and adhere to the Linde apprentice behavioural guidelines
* Participate in workshop tasks and assist in daily operations with workplace mentors to achieve your Vocational Competency Qualification (VCQ)
* Develop competence in servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs on trucks to a high standard
