My Dublin based client is recruiting for an Service Now Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis working on a hybrid model.Skills, Experience, Qualifications, If you have the right match for this opportunity, then make sure to apply today.This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of the Service Now platform, ensuring it operates reliably, securely, and in line with business requirements.Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the Service Now platform to ensure stability, performance, and usability.Support and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer to support operational processes.Manage user access, roles, groups, and security controls in line with governance standards.Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and basic Performance Analytics to support operational and management reporting.Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors or internal teams to resolve incidents.Support integrations with third-party systems such as monitoring, HR, and finance applications.Participate in upgrade planning, testing, and release management activities.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical Service Now solutions.Maintain platform documentation and promote best practices across the user base.Stay up to date with Service Now releases and recommend incremental improvements.Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Service Now Administrator in a production environment.Strong hands-on experience with ITSM modules and Service Now configuration.Good understanding of Service Now platform capabilities, data model, and CMDB fundamentals.Experience creating reports, dashboards, and basic analytics.Working knowledge of Java Script, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub (administrative level).Experience managing users, roles, ACLs, and platform security.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) required or strongly preferred.Additional Service Now certifications are a plus.HOW TO APPLY: To apply for this role, please submit your updated CV.If your skills and experience match job requirements, you will be contacted to discuss your application in detail.SIMILAR ROLES OPEN: As a specialized recruitment agency, we also have several other permanent and contract roles available.
