Job Description
Purpose of role: To conceptualise, design, and execute bespoke luxury experiences that showcase Boodles\' jewellery collections whilst creating memorable, personalised experiences for discerning clientele.
Responsibilities
* Event Design & Planning
o Develop creative concepts aligned with Boodles\' brand heritage and luxury positioning
o Design unique experiences for private viewings, trunk shows, and exclusive celebrations
o Create strategic frameworks enhancing client engagement
o Collaborate with teams for seamless jewellery presentation integration
o Venue & Vendor Management: Source and negotiate premium venues complementing Boodles\' aesthetic
o Establish relationships with high-end suppliers (florists, caterers, photographers, entertainment)
o Coordinate security for valuable pieces during events
o Manage vendor contracts to Boodles\' exacting standards
* Client Experience & Relationship Building
o Craft personalised experiences for VIP clients and collectors
o Plan intimate gatherings fostering relationships between clients and craftspeople
o Develop programming educating attendees about gemology, craftsmanship, and heritage
o Create opportunities for bespoke design service interaction
* Creative & Technical Execution
o Oversee styling, lighting, and spatial design enhancing presentations
o Coordinate with visual merchandising for compelling displays
o Manage event photography and content creation
o Ensure events reflect Boodles\' excellence
* Budget & Project Management
o Develop and manage budgets maintaining luxury standards
o Track expenses and provide financial reporting
o Liaise cross-functionally for cohesive brand delivery
o Evaluate success and develop strategic recommendations
Essential Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Design or related field
* Minimum 3 years\' luxury event planning or high-end hospitality experience
* Proven track record delivering exceptional experiences
* Strong project management abilities
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Creative flair with visual design capabilities
* Proficiency in event platforms and Microsoft Office
* Understanding of luxury brands and premium client expectations
* Fine jewellery presentation, lighting, and display knowledge
* Jewellery handling and security protocols expertise
* Familiarity with luxury market trends and collector mindsets
* Ability to present confidently to executives and UHNW clients
Desirable Qualifications
* Gemology or fine craftsmanship knowledge
* Additional language skills
* Professional event planning certification
