* Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements
* Experience in account management or client services within the media industry.
* Proven expertise in strategic planning, media buying, and delivering integrated advertising campaigns.
* A strong understanding of the digital media landscape and the commercial opportunities within it.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide others.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
