Hours: 4-5 days per week
Salary, depending on experience: €35,100 – €37,050 (Based on Full time, 7.5 Hours per Day)
Working arrangement: This is a studio-based role with some flexibility to carry out a portion of the hours from home.

About Graphic Studio Dublin
Graphic Studio Dublin is Ireland's oldest and largest fine art printmaking studio. Established in 1960, we support over 90 artist members with professional printmaking facilities, artist residencies, exhibitions, and a growing public programme. We are an artist-led charity committed to equity, sustainability, and the long-term development of Irish printmaking.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio and Programmes Administrator / Member Liaison to act as the studio's lead administrator and primary point of contact for members on all relevant matters. Working closely with the Executive Director and the team you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, deliver programme administration, and support artist services and public engagement.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead studio administration: manage daily operations, office systems, basic bookkeeping, supplier relations, and general queries (phone and ).
· Member liaison: serve as the first point of contact for members; coordinate membership applications, inductions, confirmations, and the Members Register; issue offers/fees and handle enquiries and follow-ups.
· Programme delivery: coordinate on-site/off-site programmes, events, and community projects; administer awards, residencies, and graduate initiatives; prepare surveys and collate feedback/data.
· Funding & governance support: assist with grant applications and reporting (e.g., Arts Council), manage timelines, collate budgets/reports/letters, and support board documentation and monthly studio reports.
· Public engagement: represent the studio at meetings, coordinate open studio visits, and support communications.
· Executive support: provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Director and the team.
Qualifications
Essential
· 5+ years' proven administrative/operations experience.
· Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
· Strong organisational skills; ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
· Comfortable working independently and in a small team.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud management/communication systems
· Professional, approachable manner.
Desirable
· Experience in an arts, non-profit, or membership-based organisation.
· Familiarity with Arts Council/other grant processes.
· Interest in visual arts/printmaking/artist-run spaces.
· Knowledge of EDI practices and public engagement.
· General daily bookkeeping experience.
Terms
Flexible administrative role with scope to shape duties based on strengths and organisational needs. Some evening/weekend work may be required for public events.
