Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and commercially focused Internal Sales Representative to support and grow sales across our product range.All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description.This role will focus on managing inbound enquiries, supporting the external sales team, developing existing customer accounts, and generating new business opportunities.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering profitable sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.Prepare accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into orders.Proactively develop a sales pipeline through outbound calls and account development.Support the promotion and sale of the companys innovative steel reinforcement and offsite solutions, including the new product family where applicable.Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, engineers, fabricators, and other construction industry stakeholders.Work closely with the external sales team to support regional sales objectives and project tracking.Update and maintain all customer interactions, quotations, and opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Assist with preparing project-specific proposals, pricing schedules, and tender submissions.Coordinate with technical and production teams to ensure accurate information is communicated to customers.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.Ensure all activities align with company health, safety, and quality standards.Job Requirements (Qualifications & Experience) 24 years experience in an internal sales, sales support, or customer-facing commercial role.(Desirable) Experience within construction, steel, building materials, or a technical product environment is highly desirable.Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage.Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
