Senior Dev Ops / SRE Engineer (Cloud, AWS) An established and growing software company is building a new cloud-native Saa S product in AWS and is looking for a Senior Dev Ops / Site Reliability Engineer to help define and scale its platform.Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.This is a hands-on role within a small product engineering team, focused on building the Dev Ops/SRE foundations rather than operating an existing large-scale system.There is no dedicated Ops/SRE team yet, so you will play a key role in shaping tooling, processes, and best practices.The Role Design and evolve AWS infrastructure for a cloud Saa S platform Define and implement Infrastructure as Code, observability, and reliability standards Work closely with software engineers to improve deployment, monitoring, and security practices Help build a secure, scalable platform to support the launch of a new cybersecurity product Act as a driver of change in a small, collaborative engineering environment Required Experience 3+ years in a Dev Ops, SRE, or similar role Strong experience with AWS, containers, and Kubernetes Hands-on experience with Ia C tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation, Pulumi, or similar) Experience supporting Java-based applications Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (e.g.Datadog, Grafana) Solid understanding of secure software development practices Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Nice to Have Experience with SQL and No SQL databases (Postgre SQL, My SQL, Elasticsearch) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g.Git Hub Actions) Knowledge of cloud security and security tooling Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) Previous leadership or team-enablement experience Why Apply? xsokbrc Opportunity to shape the Dev Ops/SRE function from an early stage Work on a modern cloud-native Saa S platform in the cybersecurity space Collaborative engineering culture with high ownership and impact Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
